When God is Silent

God's silence doesn't mean He has forgotten you or is unaware of your situation. Even when we can't see what He's doing, He is at work. In the story of Lazarus, Jesus delayed His arrival to perform a greater miracle than healing—raising the dead. God desires our relationship with Him to be based on who He is, rather than just the answers He provides. Times of silence are opportunities for the Holy Spirit to produce fruit like love and patience in our lives as we learn to trust His timing.
