- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the church, church staff, or any other person
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the services
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content
Our service allows you to access religious content, educational materials, and community resources. You understand that all content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grace Church Baku and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Grace Church Baku, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
