Doubts in the Light

Even great believers like John the Baptist faced moments of deep uncertainty. While imprisoned, John questioned if Jesus was truly the promised Messiah. Instead of rebuking him, Jesus offered evidence through His miraculous works and the Gospel, helping him stand firm. We too encounter seasons of doubt where the path ahead seems dark and our expectations are challenged. This devotional explores how Christ meets us in our weakness, providing unchanging light and comfort through His Word. By looking to the Gospels and listening to His voice, we can receive the strength needed to overcome doubt and find peace in His identity as the Light of the World.
