Completely Trustworthy
“For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.” (1 Timothy 4:10)
You can trust Jesus today with every issue that concerns you. Why? Because throughout history He has proven Himself completely trustworthy. None of His promises have failed (Joshua 21:45).
He is the Son of the living God—God Himself! There is nothing He cannot do. When the foundations of the world were laid, He was there, faithfully planning everything you would ever need. Yes, even what is lacking today, He knows how to provide in His perfect way and in His time (Philippians 4:19).
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). You can be sure that as long as you follow Him, He will never lead you astray. For He is the only One who knows the end from the beginning and ensures all His good plans come to fruition (Isaiah 46:10-11).
Finally, and most importantly, Jesus loves you unconditionally—He even sacrificed His own life to save you. If He was willing to give His life, how will He not also graciously give you everything you truly need? (Romans 8:32).
No matter what you are facing, you can trust Jesus today. Consider who He is and believe in Him.
Prayer: Jesus, I know I can trust You today. Help me to take refuge in You, no matter what happens. Amen.
My hope is in Jesus, because He is completely trustworthy.
